2013 Fidelitas RedMountainCab Picmonkey

2013 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

Fidélitas

Red Mountain (WA)

Alcohol: 14.1%

Suggested retail: $45

“Appealing aromas of raspberries and cola in the 100% varietal bottling of Cabernet sourced from four vineyards in Washington’s Red Mountain AVA. Lots of fruit apparent, with more berries and some ‘dark fruit’—plums and black cherries. All this fruit is set against a background of subtle spice. Full feeling in the mouth which continues into a long, smooth finish.”

Food Affinity: “Would be a happy accompaniment to a leg of lamb that’s been butterflied and marinated with olive oil, garlic and Herbes de Provence, then grilled over mesquite charcoal.”
