First introduced 11 years ago, restaurant week was a way to help boost restaurant sales during what was then a slower time of year. Some 30 Palm Springs restaurants participated in the inaugural event. This year, more than 100 restaurants, located throughout the nine cities comprising Greater Palm Springs, will showcase their menus.
The event is a ten-day showcase that highlights the diverse dining and leisure opportunities of the Greater Palm Springs area. Participating restaurants included some of the Oasis' most beloved eateries as well as some of the newest venues to hit the culinary scene. Each participating restaurant offers multi-course lunch and dinner menus at pre-set pricing, designed to encourage exploring new items and sharing a great meal with friends, family and colleagues.
